Board Ready is a high impact leadership programme that matches and supports your employees to board of trustees’ positions within charities. It creates a win for your business, for your participating employees and for the charities they serve as charity directors on.
 

Our starter package (10 supported board placements) delivers a community impact of £300,000 (1 year) or £1.2m over 4 years not including the additional benefits to your business of developing your employees.

Board Ready is a highly effective talent retention initiative to support your HR and professional development programmes and at the same time meet your ESG/CSR objectives.

Works4U's tailored and monitored high impact skills-based volunteer programme will take a cohort of your employees and train and support them to be matched with appropriate charities and give them ongoing support as they serve as trustees (legal charity directors). Whilst your employees gain skills, experience and confidence in a director role they will both support the charity they serve as well as being more effective current and future leaders within your company.
