I'm lucky enough to work with a lot of people in the west London area who in one way or another intermediate between not-for profits/third sectors or however else we're meant to describe them and the local community including businesses. To a person they are engaging, brilliantly orientated, well-motivated and add value to the projects they work with.
I have to say however that WORKS 4 U are in a different class (in a good way!) They are natural relationship builders - I've seen them in all kinds of environments making connections easily. They naturally engaging - with a way of encouraging people - even those really reluctant to help - to get involved. They are hugely energetic and passionate about what they does - the enthusiasm is infectious. WORKS 4 U are very popular in the local area and make a real difference.
